Chris is a native of Southern California and retired with the rank of Lieutenant Commander after serving 20 honorable years in the U.S. Navy. His navy career started at flight school, located in Pensacola, Florida where he earned his Wings of Gold. He held designations of both Naval Flight Officer and Merchant Marine/Strategic Sealift Officer. Chris has made numerous deployments aboard aircraft carriers and overseas with various career assignments in between. His variety of assignments included roles in leadership, management, aviation warfare, operations management, risk management, logistics management, portfolio management, program management, and project management. His professional background makes his attention to detail, keen and unmatched.
Chris is a native of Southern California and is a graduate of CSU Dominguez Hills, California Maritime Academy, Cerritos College and Norco College. He earned multiple degrees in Marine Transportation, Political Science, History, Economics, and Logistics Management. He holds professional certifications in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Continuous Process Improvement, and Lean Six-Sigma.
He held an USCG/Merchant Mariners Third Mates Officer Unlimited License. Professional internships include Chevron Shipping Company and ARCO Maritime. While interning for Chevron he received an award for a project executed by Chevron’s west coast tanker fleet utilizing tug assist requirements for in-port operations within the directives of both Los Angeles and Long Beach Harbors.
Instead of pursuing a career in the corporate world, Chris decided on a career in real estate. His goal is to help his clients accomplish the “American Dream” of owning a home. Chris and his wife reside in Perris and has owned their home for 10 years now and it’s brought them stability, enjoyment, and comfort. Chris calls their home “a sanctuary.” He also believes a home is a “blank canvas”, meaning, an owner(s) can change, add, and/or design it the way it fits their life.
Chris is a cross-functional agent, he’s very loyal, honest, and supportive to his clients while streamlining any deviations and variations while simultaneously adding value throughout the transaction process. He’s very knowledgeable and applies his analytical skills, cause and effect approaches, and best strategies to any real estate transaction to achieve the greatest results for his clients. The most important goal for Chris is a happy and satisfied client.

Chris is a designated Realtor and a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR), Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors (SRCAR) and California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS). Chris is also working towards his SRCAR Institute Graduate (SiG) designation, which is a local designation for educated real estate professionals.

On his spare time, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, going to the beach, cross-fit, running, mountain biking, sports cars, and listing to piano jazz and classical music.
